this position contributes to the success of the pepsi beverages company by supporting the pbna sector ops & customer service team.
sc cust svc sr coordinate will ensure exceptional operational services are provided by his/her organization to cobo (pbc) and fobo (franchise) employees multiple teams and markets.
the services for the supported teams include; accurately and efficiently issuing and tracking credits, debits, returns and creating sample orders based requests submitted to a the team's spa mailbox within the sla required depending on the request type as well as total dollar value through to completion.
continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output.
