**A Snapshot of Your Day** 
You will be part of the team steering the successful execution of the financial targets of Power Transformers Factory in Guanajuato, Mexico. In a growing business and highly dynamic environment, you will actively handle financial planning, controlling, closing, cost controlling and forecasting. In addition, you will own and drive the product cost. This role involves cross collaboration with multiple areas and locations, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. 
**How You’ll Make An Impact** 
- You are a key person in the Manufacturing Finance Team and Commercial Project Managers. 
- You lead to the end-to-end product. Review product and component expenditures, compare budget, interpret metrics, communicate impact clearly, and offer practical suggestions. 
- You are experienced with the entire accounting and controlling processes and requirements associated with product costing and inventory in line with IFRS and Local guidelines. 
- Perform financial closing, reporting, controlling reviews, and adjust forecasts accurately ensuring the accuracy of financial books & records and compliance with external audit requirements. 
- Actively participate in the construction of budgeting and forecasting, processes for the factory’s P&L;, balance sheet, and free cash flow. 
- As a finance business partner, you work in close collaboration with other areas and will be the link between our production, purchasing, logistics, and other operations departments in a very dynamic environment to enhance financial performance. 
- Analyze financial results to support decision. 
- Drive automation initiatives to improve data analysis and reporting efficiency 
**What You Bring** 
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance 
- At least 5 years of experience with manufacturing finance. 
- Solid SAP knowledge. 
- Alteryx & Power BI experience 
- Command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
- Excellent communication skills. 
- Teamwork 
- English skills (at least B2).

The selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support areas of the Company..
