key responsibilities
* manage and strengthen partnerships with leading msbs across the latam corridor.
* negotiate commercial agreements, revenue share structures, and joint growth strategies.
* demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end journey of cross-border transactions, including agents, senders, aggregators, and msbs.
* monitor market trends and regulatory developments that impact remittance flows.
job requirements
* proven experience in launching, positioning, and scaling financial products such as co-branded cards, wallets, and other solutions.
* identify innovation opportunities in financial products tailored to remittance senders and beneficiaries.
* design, implement, and track 360° commercial plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* define and monitor commercial kpis, ensuring performance through executive-level reporting.
