responsibilities:
* develop and execute the regional strategy for the service solutions hub, aligned with global people services and solutions objectives.
* redesign and implement service delivery models tailored to the unique needs of each country and region, promoting innovation and agility.
* oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of service delivery models, ensuring precision and speed in operations.
* ensure operational excellence through strong governance, process optimization, and quality assurance.
* build and lead diverse, high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and ethical leadership.
minimum qualifications:
* 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in shared services, hr operations, or service delivery, with significant regional exposure.
* proven track record in designing and leading regional service delivery models in a multinational environment.
* strong expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and change management.
* experience improving efficiency through technology and data-driven decision-making.
* deep understanding of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances across na/emea/mexico/india.
preferred qualifications:
* exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
* ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
