Maintain action logs, yields and customer request reports. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure timely delivery. Lead a group of direct reports and foster collaboration. Participate in calls and meetings outside standard work hours as needed. Qualifications bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, administration, international business, finance or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in customer service/program management. Proficiency in microsoft office. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑interaction skills. Understanding of shipment processes, methods, and incoterms. English proficiency – 90% or above. Flexibility to work outside standard office hours.
