we're looking for a senior data scientist with experience in pharma, clinical research, or life sciences to join an advanced analytics team driving real impact in clinical trials and healthcare decision-making.
this is not just another data role — you'll be working on high-impact analytics that directly influence clinical strategy and program outcomes.
what you'll do:
* lead end-to-end data science projects in clinical research environments
* apply machine learning + statistical modeling to complex healthcare data
* work with clinical datasets and pharmacology-related data
* build scalable data pipelines and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
* translate complex analytics into clear, decision-ready recommendations
what we're looking for:
* 4+ years of experience in data science (pharma/clinical preferred)
* strong skills in python or r
* experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and large datasets
* ability to work in regulated/clinical data environments
* strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
nice to have:
* experience in oncology, dermatology, or hematology
* knowledge of time-to-event or longitudinal modeling
* exposure to interpretable ml and model diagnostics
