identify and attract the best talent to the company according to the position requirements, using the provided tools by the organization and head-hunting agencies previously authorized.
this role is focused on the recruitment of more specialized profiles, but it will support on the recruitment of other type of positions based on the demand of the business.
this position interacts directly with hiring managers and hr teams.
this role will interact with others level of the organization.
detailed responsibilities:
- identify the best recruitment platforms for the different open positions according to level, profile and/or position requirements.
- deliver appropriate information technology recruitment, based on an understanding of recruitment methods, market and concepts.
- perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
- coordinate with the hhrr generalist and the hiring manager the profile requirements, as well as the recruitment time and the interviewers for the process.
- support on employer branding activities: attend to career fairs, visit universities, etc.
- support in the improvement of the recruitment process.
- ensure the compliance of the recruitment processes (profile requirements, background check, documentation, etc.).

- technical skills
o knowledge in it industry, understanding of the business, the external market, and trends.
- general knowledge in it profiles (infrastructure, dev, pmo, qa, cybersecurity, engineering, etc.).
- interview techniques (example: star, assessment, etc).
- sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and boolean search).
- general knowledge on recruitment life cycle and previous experience as a user of any ats.

- 4+ years of managerial experience within hr service center or talent acquisition preferred.
*education*:
- bachelor's degree in hr, finance, business, or related field required.
