* technical: must have independently worked on at least 2 to 3 mid to large-sized development projects
* technical: supports the creation of unit tests to ensure accuracy. Track record of identifying largest risk areas and driving resolution of these issues
* technical: provides accurate and timely input regarding status of technical tasks
* technical: ensures project goals make sense and overall development objectives are being met
* technical: designs and develops high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule
* technical: documents possible improvements under the guidance of more tenured resources
* non-technical: strong communication skills working with users across globe on information security best practices for privileged management
