primary responsibilities
be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried and technologists from our methods groups.
Assume all hr responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.
Coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.
Be responsible of the first article inspection and improvement projects.
Define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.
Support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.
Requirements
bachelor’s degree or mba, or a college diploma with +8 years of experience working in an aerospace industry.
Excellent management skills.
Good judgment, flexibility, results orientation, ability to work under minimum supervision and observe tight delivery deadlines.
Resourceful and ready to work in a winning team.
Affinities in communication and leadership, with strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
Advanced level of english that allows you to speak in meetings or technical conversations.
