the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall country sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership in latin america. This includes leading and developing the local sales team, establishing and expanding long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and overseeing end-to-end sales cycles for ai-based solutions.
requirements:
• 10+ years of sales experience within technology sectors such as ai, saas, fintech, or enterprise software.
• demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, preferably from the ground up.
• proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and navigate complex enterprise sales environments.
• strong knowledge of the business landscape, with established connections in financial services or related industries.
• results-driven mindset with strategic agility and experience operating in dynamic growth-stage environments.
• trilingual (english, spanish) preferred.
