*td&e - ppm - senior (business system analyst)*
*brief description of role*:
- facilitate workshops with client's business teams to document the business requirements, functional specifications, features, process flows, and other design documentation for the in-scope projects and obtain client's approval (collectively, "approved client specifications")
- support discussion and analysis of systems with solution architecture, transformation management office (tmo), strategic data management (sdm), edip, application managed services (ams) and quality management office (qmo)
- support defect triage and resolution for in scope projects based on approved client specifications
- support development of operational readiness documentation for in scope projects
- assist with production support via incident triage and resolution for in scope projects

*key responsibilities*
- perform the relevant program/project management processes - i.e.
initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g.
scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
- create and maintain resource plan with respect to the project by creating and maintaining the project tasks, work breakdown structure
- execute structured and periodic review & control mechanism to track the progress of projects
- define and/or execute raid processes; track and highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings; create risk dashboards
- generate and publish program health dashboards/ mis reports to various stakeholders support analysis of the data & metrics from programs/projects and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget v/s actual spend, etc.
for waterfall projects
- play the role of a scrum master, conduct daily stand-ups, maintain scrum boards, facilitate scrum teams' delivery for agile projects
- run sprint planning sessions, retrospectives using appropriate tools
- capacity planning, burn-down charts and sprint velocity reporting
- track and report benefit realization planned vs actual during the project and after closing the project
- execute change management tracking and reporting
- interface and communicate with program/project team, management and stakeholders
- close the program/project to formalize acceptance of the program/project result and release program/project resources
- work within defined governance processes
*core skills*:
bachelor or master degree with 6-8 years of experience in the area of project management within professional services
- excellent communication skills / stakeholder management
- strong knowledge of microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, word)
- knowledge of ms project (project server is an added bonus)
- one or more of industry certifications - pmp, prince 2, csm or pmi-acp
- knowledge of one more industry standard agile pm tools - jira, trello, azure devops
- demonstrated experience with various sdlc methodologies in both waterfall and agile.
good to have skills
- knowledge of ms sharepoint, ms teams, confluence is an advantage
- knowledge of primavera / clarity/ hp ppm/ quickbase is an added advantage
- knowledge of financial processes (e.g.
invoicing and budgeting)
- knowledge of data visualisation tools like power bi, tableau
- knowledge of devops tools and processes
