This role is responsible for leading client relationships at a regional and global level, ensuring the effective management of briefs, timelines, and the delivery of integrated media solutions aligned with business objectives. The position plays a key role in driving strategic thinking, fostering cross-market collaboration, and ensuring consistency in execution across markets.
key responsibilities
* lead and manage relationships with regional and global stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to the client.
* develop and oversee media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across multiple markets.
* drive high-level strategic discussions to ensure alignment between client expectations and agency deliverables.
* support the development of long-term (e.g., 3-year) brand and media strategies, ensuring clear frameworks and guidelines for local teams.
* enable local teams to execute annual planning in line with regional strategy and business priorities.
* coordinate cross-functional and cross-market teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment in execution.
* consolidate, analyze, and translate market data into actionable insights to inform regional and global strategies.
* ensure high-quality delivery of strategic recommendations, presentations, and outputs across all markets.
desired skills & experience
* experience:7–10+ years of experience in media, strategy, or client leadership roles.
* proven track record managing regional or multi-market accounts.
* experience working with global clients and complex organizational structures.
* technical & tools:strong knowledge of integrated media ecosystems (digital, offline, performance, commerce).
* experience with platforms such as:
* google marketing platform (ga4, cm360)
* meta ads, google ads
* programmatic platforms (dv360, the trade desk or similar)
* retail media / ecommerce platforms (amazon ads or similar)
* advanced proficiency in excel / google sheets for analysis and reporting.
* experience using data visualization tools (e.g., power bi, tableau) is a plus.
