STATEMENT:
The Tax Attorney main responsibilities include delivering a full range of tax and legal services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe, building relationships and interacting with internal areas to attend tax audits and support with the promotions of legal actions to defend the Company. He or she must be responsible for understanding relevant domestic tax laws.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate in attending audits and tax refunds: Make sure to read and understand the requirements issued by the SAT, following a working plan, partnering with coworkers, reviewing the information to be sent and preparing the draft responses accompanied by the analysis of the business reason and logical-legal argumentation that defends the position taken by the Company.
2. Tax litigation support: Coordinate with other areas the gathering of documents, information, and the generation of evidence that favors the interests of the Company.
3. Counseling: He or she advises other team members on tax and legal issues.
4. Excecutes the strategy to demonstrate the materiality of the company's operations: Follows the action plan and delivers the activities assigned to him or her on time and with the highest quality.
5. Governmental declarations. Prepare information to keep the National Registry of Foreign Investment and the National Institute of statistics and Geography up to date, as well as the electronic signatures with the SAT and the Maquila Program (IMMEX).

- Expert in accounting, and IFRS.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and tax compliance policies and procedures.
- Has in-depth knowledge of professional field requiring extensive training.

- Ability to understand the requirements of the Authorities and anticipate what they are looking for to construct a response that facilitates decision-making in favor of the Company.

- General experience
- 6+ years in a wide range of tasks related to accounting, finance, audit, and legal matters.
- Advanced knowledge of income tax laws that relate to corporations.
- Experience in: technical specifications
- 6+ years in a wide range of tax compliance activities in a multinational company or big 4.
**Education**:
(Bachelor’s degree, Master's, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, high school.)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Master’s degree in taxes or MBA.
- Bachelor’s degree in laws.
