Role Summary:
As a QA Engineer, you will support in the development, implementation and running of quality control programs and procedures. This position involves the translation of customer specifications and industry standards into product / process criteria and creating control plans to achieve those requirements. You\'ll also address the day-to-day issues with production quality within the manufacturing plant, at customer sites and supplier facilities.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Coordinate with production in order to plan and execute inbound and production checks
Manage relations with customers or third party inspectors
Participate in external supplier quality testing and audits
Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events
Monitor product portfolio KPIs and drive effective root cause corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed targets
Manage customer witness inspections
Maintain and analyze data to provide information or identify problems for management and stakeholders on the state of a process or product quality
Create awareness in the Leadership community regarding what opportunities have been discovered or developed and how to realize them
Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues techniques related to QC activities.
Offer all documents as per QAP to customer after coordinating with internal departments and closing all documentation queries

Your Role
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer you will be responsible for defining the strategy to ensure the quality of products. This role requires strategic thinking, planning, and knowledge of the product development lifecycle. It will provide direction, mentorship, and coaching to QA teams to ensure both automated and manual efforts. You will be working closely with the DevOps team to define solutions for each platform.You will take the responsibility for ensuring tasks such as test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking are carried out effectively.
