*asesor periodic review and trigger events*
*propósito del puesto*
responsible of the process, tools and tactical technological solutions implementation (web services, excel -core system euc, automatation robots, etc) and the databases management (reports, cubes and teradata).
*principales responsabilidades*
- design, development and maintenance of automation solutions (robot)
- design, development and maintenance of web services, marcos and eucs
- process automation
- user' annual certification
- supervise the daily batch processes for euc and tactical solutions systems
- database cleansing and management
- where applicable, develop key relationships with regional and country wpb teams including across functional areas ensuring a clear understanding of material cdd process and aml controls
- provide support and advice to wpb senior management on cdd procedures, aml policy, read across exercises and internal and external audits
- coordination with business, compliance and control areas for the implementation of controls and processes
- support teams with services, developments, databases and perform transactional analysis for wpb customers with the purpose to prevent finacial crime. (eg. Gsc operations, insurance, ombudsman, fraud, operational risk, rbb business, gpb business, it, etc)
- build network within wpb and across functions to provide an expertise on tool development and best practices to implement risk and control capabilities
- live hsbc values
- ensure adherence to group standards, regulatory and group audit requirements
- provide support to ensure cdd effectiveness frameworks throughout the region/country via robust risk control operational processes and internal controls
- monitor and support in robust controls effectively and regularly teste
- effective use of ops risk tools, key indicators and dashboard, msiis and databases to mitigate risks
requirements
*principales retos*
- must be a collaborator with highly analytical skills and a robust knowledge of the hsbc core bank systems who identify solutions to make business decisions in order to prevent financial crime, improve control environment, and provide efficient solutions
- the role holder needs to ensure that appropriate cdd procedures and systems exist and have been properly reviewed within the region to minimise operational losses, fraudulent activity and anti-money laundering
- process, tools and systems implementation in a timely manner
- negotiation with direct or indirect teams
*conocimientos & experiência / calificaciones del puesto*
*essential*:
- 3-5 years of experience
- strong skills in excel, automatation by macros with core system and web rpa
- strong skills in web development by asp, odbc, java script
- good knowledge in sql, acess - teradata
- good understanding of cdd process, aml policy preferably gained through experience in front line and risk roles
- good knowledge in hsbc core systems (ej. Hogan, crt, ohcards, dwh)
- knowledge of the changing regulatory environment especially in the financial services sector
- leadership management skills
- problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions
- highly developed communication and influencing skills
ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment
