Job overviewwe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hr business partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by aligning our human resources strategy with our overall business objectives.your primary responsibility will be to act as a strategic partner to our business head, managing the implementation of our hr strategy at the respective business/function level. This will involve facilitating the achievement of business goals, participating in discussions with business/function leaders to finalize strategic priorities for the financial year, and translating business/function priorities into key hr priorities.you will also be responsible for preparing a manpower plan for the business, managing the talent acquisition process, ensuring labor compliances to all local statutory requirements, and conducting employee onboarding surveys, engagement surveys, etc. to evaluate employee engagement levels.in addition, you will gain a thorough understanding of business needs in terms of capabilities, map existing gaps, and guide the development of learning & development (l&d) plans for the region. You will facilitate training, collect training feedback, and conduct roi analysis.other responsibilities include driving the annual goal setting, mid-year, and performance appraisal process for the region, implementing and communicating annual increment decisions, addressing employee queries in a prompt manner, and escalating to senior management where applicable. You will also initiate and manage disciplinary proceedings in cases of employee misconduct.to be successful in this role, you will require excellent it skills, project management skills, and a hands-on approach. You should be able to work as an individual contributor and have a high energy level and enthusiasm for achieving high levels of excellence.a degree in human resource management/labor management is required, along with 8-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in english is essential.
