* assist regional and other departments in handling after-sales issues, classify after-sales information according to standards and promptly forward it to relevant production departments, be responsible for resolving after-sales issues and tracking progress until closure while providing feedback to related departments, and maintain after-sales service records with statistical analysis of information.based on user feedback, identify and analyze the corresponding faults, and provide appropriate solutions, including but not limited to: installation, debugging, maintenance, repair, replacement, consultation, upgrading, and modification.
