as the marketing & communications coordinator, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and internal/external communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with our global brand while driving local impact.
develop and implement localized digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence in canada and mexico, while aligning with our global reputation.
plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (in-house) across various channels, including paid media and targeted advertising.
create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels, in collaboration with our global content and community managers.
organize internal events for employees, fostering engagement and company culture.
support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with talent acquisition partners to boost recruitment awareness.
develop internal newsfeeds and communications in english and french to keep employees informed and engaged.
act as a local liaison for corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across regions.
you have 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
passion for digital marketing trends.
fluent in english and french, verbal and written.
strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and design.
