responsibilities
* write and maintain apex classes, triggers, and batch/scheduled jobs
* build and maintain visualforce pages and lightning components
* implement access control using salesforce roles, profiles, and permission sets
* develop and consume rest/soap web services
* write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and platform compliance
qualifications
* 5+ years of experience with salesforce platform (apex, visualforce, lightning, soql)
* good knowledge in java (java 8+)
* strong experience with relational databases and orm frameworks
* strong knowledge of api development, unit testing, and code review practices
* familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security model, and platform limits
* experience with tools like postman, git, maven/gradle, jira, etc.
* understanding of ci/cd pipelines is a plus
nice to have
* salesforce certifications (e.g., platform developer i/ii)
* experience with salesforce dx and lightning web components
* knowledge of gcp/aws or containerized deployments
