as a production supervisor at philips medisize, you will be a vital leader in our production floor team, ensuring that all production activities are conducted efficiently to meet the demands of our clients in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness.
your role will involve maximizing both material and human resources in the production process, guided by pbm principles, to foster team development and maximize contribution.

the team comprises dedicated professionals including operators, production assistants, feed leaders, feeders, and materials specialists, all working collaboratively to drive the production success of our organization.
*what you will do*
- lead and optimize the production team to efficiently meet production schedules.
- engage with technical staff and facilitators to prepare and implement strategic production actions.
- monitor and ensure compliance with gmps and quality standards, addressing any deviations promptly.
- foster continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and kaizen principles.
- collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
- promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among team members.
*who you are (basic qualifications)*
- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- availability to work in rotating shifts.
- minimum of 2 year of experience in personnel management, operational kpis, and plastic injection processes.
- proficient in sap and production-related transactions (e.g., cogi, ls24).
- fluent in english, capable of understanding and communicating technical information.

- experience in medical projects / products.
- proven ability in process improvement and scrap reduction strategies.
- knowledge of iso *:* and environmental management systems.
