We are seeking a regional business development manager to drive growth and expand our customer base across north america.
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in b2b manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals.
key responsibilities:
* drive regional growth: identify and engage new business opportunities that leverage the company's manufacturing capabilities.
* account ownership: develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals.
* sales project leadership: represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams.
* quotations & proposals: analyze customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored proposals.
required skills and qualifications:
* experience: minimum 5 years in b2b manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors.
* education: bachelor's or master's degree.
* skills: strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced excel; crm familiarity.
* languages: fluent in english; spanish is a plus.
* travel: willing to travel regularly within north america and occasionally to europe.
