- maintain production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer demands.
- coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- manage inventory levels and conduct regular assessments to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- be able to negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and delivery terms for materials.
- be able to monitor and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- collaborate with corona and kansas sites to align production goals with procurement strategies.
- be able to utilize scheduling software to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
- be able to prepare reports on inventory status (mrp), procurement activities, and production schedules for management review.
experiência y requisitos
- bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
- proven experience in scheduling and purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- proven experience in regulations, import/export administration regulations.
- between 3-5 years of related electronics/electrical components buying experience is a plus
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software
- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles is a plus.

- fluent english speaker (written and verbal)
