 * identify new clients with high import/export potential (100% hunter).
 * build a sales pipeline using crm (salesforce).
 * conduct weekly meetings with clients and prospects (field sales).
 * manage a portfolio focusing on growth, retention, and cross-selling.
 * prepare customized commercial proposals (quotations, rates, integrated solutions).
 * negotiate deals with decision-makers (logistics, procurement, supply chain, management).
 * achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in usd and cargo volume.
 * coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
requirements:
 * 3–5 years in b2b sales within freight forwarding (proven track record required).
 * solid knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and road freight.
 * sales profile: strong closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
 * sales style: primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence.
 * language: intermediate to advanced english (b1 - b2), both written and spoken.
 * mobility: own vehicle required and availability to visit clients.
 * digital skills: proficient in crm tools, microsoft office, and presentation platforms.
