the role
key responsibilities:
administer and assess international broad-based compensation programs, including merit, bonus, or salary ranges for supported groups.
conduct job leveling and market pricing.
provide expertise on global compensation and support total rewards strategies.
communicate policies and procedures to hr teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
support regions and hr business partners with compensation expertise.
lead and support cross-functional total rewards projects.
lead the international compensation & benefits team.
qualifications
bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or related field.
8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits oversight.
3+ years in management and project leadership roles.
certified compensation professional (ccp) or similar certification preferred.
proficiency in microsoft excel; experience with hris tools like peoplesoft, oracle, cornerstone preferred.
strong leadership, agility, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
willingness to travel internationally (5-10%).
