1.
to contribute in developing the sellout strategy (cost and execution) implementing the strategic plan in order to pitch in all the sellout vs budget
2.
select and manage the suppliers by generating the purchase orders and the delivery of services or materials in good time and in an appropriate manner, arrange the payment schedule using the budget resources in an efficient way
3.
coordinate the implementation of the client's corner in order to contribute with the sellout of the key accounts
4.
to insurance of the execution of the proposal strategy by supervise the execution of the btl campaigns true reports and follow ups with the agencies

negotiate and adjust the expenses according to the client segmentation trough follow up reports in order to increase or decrease investments using the outcomes
