Senior territory manager
senior territory manager are responsible for developing and managing sales business in the assigned territory. They manage relationships and serve as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and channel partners. They understand and articulate the value propositions of honeywell bms solutions for different markets. They create a collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders across the organization and channel partners. They prepare and manage an accurate salesforce pipeline. They design and implement a plan to deliver their goals. They meet or exceed targets.
* 60% of time on the field understanding, presenting, advocating solutions to customer stakeholders
* 20% territory planning and execution, customer support, opportunity management, and forecasting
* 20% develop new business opportunities in key core markets, prospecting and market development
qualifications
* electronic, electrical, mechanical engineer or similar (desirable)
* high level in commercial skills b2b (negotiation, channel and end user management) with minimum 4 years of experience
* experience managing commercial excellence tools "crms" such as nex or similar (minimum 4 years)
* availability to travel at least 50% of the time
* background in building automation and/or hvac integration solutions (preferably)
* english
