account management
to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Supporting the Marketing and Advertiser Services Teams in daily tasks.
Work with existing publishers to develop relationships and increase revenue through campaign optimization and negotiating additional marketing opportunities.
Provide excellent communication and timely responses to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, Instant Messaging and direct contact.
Achieve individual and company established sales goals and targets
Develop a clear understanding of all promotion methods available via publisher traffic and ensure adherence to Advertiser client requirements and restrictions.
Ensure all payouts, promotion methods and creatives being promoted to publisher accounts are accurate and ahere to compliance requirements.
Properly document all publisher account contact within our CRM system in a manner that is accurate and legible for upper management to easily review and asses.
Build and maintain deep knowledge of industry terminology, relevant products and markets to spot trends and opportunities.
Maintain professional and appropriate working relationships with all team members through demonstrating respect, enthusiasm and initiative
Consistently demonstrate teamwork, reliability and professionalism in the workplace.
Requirements
Self-starter individual that is motivated and driven by performance and revenue;
Minimum 3 years of successful sales and or account management experience in a similar field (i.e. managing a book of business, growing that business and finding new business is a plus);
Relevant experience in Affiliate & Performance Marketing is a plus;
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with others very easily. You need to be comfortable talking to people face to face and most importantly over the phone;
Ability to structure proposals, and negotiate terms of deal structures;
Excellent listening, communication, presentation (both written and verbal), problem solving and critical thinking, time management skills with a foundation of solid business logic are required;
A solid understanding of Microsoft Business and Google Suite applications with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
