test planning, identify technical risks/mitigationplan in early phase of the program.

closely work with engineering, quality, regulatory and other functional teams to define robust test plans
on –time delivery of tested products to meet agreed quality criteria.
understand and develop use case scenarios on test strategy & execution.
responsible for carrying out different kinds of testing like performance, functional, installation, compatibility, usability, regulatory, etc.
should be responsible for defining, reviewing requirements and ability to suggest product enhancement.
responsible for skill development of team, coaching mentoring team members.
working with all global and local stakeholders to drive flawless execution.
proficient in developing automation using labview/python scripts
understanding various global certification standards, especially atex, iec, ul, rohs, emi/emc, etc).
experienced in building lab capabilities to meet business needs
participation in architecture and design reviews along with technical leads.
you must have
bachelor's degree in electronics and communication/electronics and electrical from reputed institutes.
relevant years of +4 years of work experience are required in the above-mentioned competencies
hands on experience with micro processor based systems, analog & digital system design, power supply design and interfacing with sensors.
knowledge circuits design.
experience in end-to-end qualification testing for compliance and solving emi issues to meet the required standards.
in-depth knowledge of standards such as iec *, iec * etc
minimum two complete product development life cycle experience (initiation, poc, design validation, launch and post release maintenance).
ability to statistically analyze data with software tools like ms excel/matlab/minitab

ability to develop embedded programs in c-language
knowledge of six sigma principles in product design & development.
prefer working experience with analog sensor signal conditioning circuits with micro-controllers / processor integration
iec * / iec * standard awareness for product design like pfd / hft... etc.
