*about the role*
sempersmart is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven *funnel, seo & web conversion manager* to take charge of our digital presence across multiple businesses. This is a full-time remote position focused on building high-performing lead generation funnels, optimizing conversion pages, and improving seo and user experience across all platforms.
If you're fluent in digital funnels, on-page seo, and conversion rate optimization—and enjoy working cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams—this is your opportunity to own a critical part of our growth engine.
*key responsibilities*
- build and maintain seo-friendly, conversion-optimized landing pages and websites
- implement best practices for on-page seo to improve organic rankings
- conduct a/b testing and ongoing optimization to boost conversion rates
- monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports
*performance metrics (kpis)*
- all businesses have live, up-to-date landing pages
- funnel conversion rates average 5% or higher
- quarterly improvement of 10% or more in page speed and mobile performance
- achieve top 5 ranking for 3+ core keywords per business
- weekly performance reports delivered consistently
*what we’re looking for*
- strong knowledge of funnel platforms (clickfunnels, webflow, wordpress, etc.)
- proven seo experience (on-page optimization, keyword strategy, ranking improvements)
- familiarity with cro tools and analytics (google analytics, hotjar, a/b testing platforms)
- solid understanding of ux best practices and responsive design
- detail-oriented, self-motivated, and data-driven
- remote work experience preferred
