At pia automation mexico, a global leader in industrial automation solutions, we are seeking a human resources specialist to lead our hr operations and support the rapid growth of our monterrey site.
* must have a solid understanding of local mexican labor laws, regulations, and policies.
* proficient in full-cycle recruitment.
* experience with compensation & benefits and performance management modules is a strong plus.
* able to support general hr and administrative operations.
main responsibilities:
* lead full hr operations including recruitment, payroll, benefits, labor relations, training, and compliance.
* develop and execute hr strategies aligned with operational and organizational goals.
* manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, administrative, and management positions.
* oversee payroll accuracy, time & attendance, incidences, benefits administration, and legal compliance.
* handle labor relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and negotiations.
* support performance management, organizational development, and capability-building initiatives.
* collaborate with operations, finance, and corporate hr teams (germany, china, usa).
* ensure compliance with sox, internal audits, and corporate hr standards.
requirements & experience:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of hr experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
* strong knowledge of mexican labor law, payroll, compensation & benefits, and labor relations.
* experience managing recruitment processes and hr administrative operations.
* strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
* high sense of ownership, leadership, confidentiality, and adaptability.
* intermediate–advanced english.
