Seeking a highly motivated *sap basis administrator ii* to join our information technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operational support of our sap environment and related interfaces. You will also manage system lifecycle activities including installations, patches, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
*key responsibilities*:
- provide daily technical support for sap systems and environments.
- plan and implement installations, upgrades, and patches for sap systems.
- ensure optimal performance and availability of sap environments.
- manage job scheduling, background jobs, and workload processes.
- perform system refreshes and conduct manual/automated system checks.
- develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
- implement automation using ansible and node red.
- troubleshoot connectivity issues with sap cloud connector and s/4hana cloud.
- support third-party systems such as hyland onbase or similar ecm platforms.
- collaborate on maintenance, testing, and contingency planning.
- contribute to process improvements and proactive system monitoring.
*qualifications*:
*education*:
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- equivalent work experience with a technical associate degree will also be considered.
*experience*:
- 4-6 years of it experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on sap basis experience.
- working knowledge of ms sql and sap hana databases.
*technical skills*:
- strong understanding of sap architecture and components.
- proficient in managing microsoft windows servers and red hat enterprise linux.
- experience with system automation and scripting (e.g., ansible).
- ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- sharepoint administration experience is a plus.
- familiarity with saas and cloud-based infrastructure.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
