*what you will do*:- provide financial analysis and recommendations to support plant and business unit performance.
- own bu p&l analysis to support gross profit (gp) compliance with aop.
- prepare and present monthly plant performance reports, including:- manufacturing cost trends- expense and cost variance analysis- third-party revenue trends- control and analyze voh and foh expenses, identifying and reporting deviations.
- perform cost absorption analysis and ensure accurate cost control.
- review month-end closing expenses (material cost, direct labor, voh and foh) and correct journal entry errors when identified.
- partner with operations and costing teams to set up and improve cost allocation methodologies.
- monitor, analyze, and explain manufacturing cost improvement and cost variance reduction initiatives.
- participate in niat projects as the finance representative.
- support procurement by participating in purchasing price decisions from a finance perspective.
- act as a trusted business partner to plant operations by:- providing reliable and timely financial information- sharing financial insights to drive performance improvement- actively participating in operational decision-making (capex investments, opex one-time expenses, and improvement initiatives)- track and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) to ensure compliance and support decision-making.

- minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting and/or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- strong experience with:- cost management and standard cost calculation- manufacturing variances analysis and avoidance strategies- pov, ppv, and scrap control- income statement (is) and balance sheet (bs) reporting- advanced excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- experience using sap and microsoft office tools.
- conversational level of english.
- demonstrated leadership and communication skills to influence and lead improvement actions alongside operations teams.
