The role ensures timely, organized, and quality hiring outcomes.core responsibilities1. Recruiting & talent sourcing- manage the pinpoint platform. - post, manage, and optimize job ads on indeed and linkedin. - proactively source candidates through linkedin and other channels. - screen resumes and directly engage qualified candidates. - maintain a structured and up-to-date candidate pipeline.2. Interviewing & candidate evaluation- conduct initial phone and video interviews. - assess candidates against role requirements and ige standards. - coordinate interviews with leadership and hiring managers. - collect feedback and support hiring decisions.3. Offers & hiring coordination- prepare and issue offers in coordination with leadership. - communicate compensation, start dates, and expectations. - ensure a seamless handoff from recruiting to hr onboarding.4. Onboarding support- collect and manage all pre-employment documentation. - coordinate onboarding timelines with the hr administrator. - ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.5. Recruiting budget management- forecast and manage job posting budgets. - allocate spend across platforms and channels. - monitor cost efficiency and sourcing performance. - report recruiting spend and roi to leadership.6. Reporting & process discipline- track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress. - maintain accurate data within pinpoint. - ensure consistent, timely, and professional recruiting processes.required skills & experience- 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition. - experience with recruiting platforms (pinpoint preferred). - hands-on experience with indeed and linkedin job postings. - strong interviewing and candidate evaluation capabilities. - excellent communication and follow-up discipline. - strong organizational skills and attention to detail.preferred qualifications- experience recruiting for u.s.-based companies. - experience hiring international candidates. - ability to operate across multiple time zones.ideal candidate profile- highly organized and process-driven. - proactive and confident in candidate sourcing. - clear, professional communicator. - strong accountability and follow-through.salaryrange in between mxn$30.0000 to 35.000 gross month.for more information about ige visit www.igegroup.com
