as part of its growth in the americas, the company is looking for its futuresales engineer to lead business development in mexico and contribute to the expansion of its operations across the region.
the position is based inpuebla, with frequent travel across mexico and occasional international trips.
missions
* reporting to the country manager in mexico and working closely with the european headquarters, you willlead the commercial developmentof the local subsidiary.
* you are responsible foridentifyingandmanagingnew business opportunitiesandsupporting customerswith tailored robotic solutions.
* you will oversee theentire sales cycle, from prospecting to project handover, and work in collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
* you will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of agvs and amrs to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of the client solutions.
* you will lead contract and commercial negotiations with key clients, securing strategic agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
* yourepresentthe company in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
* your presence in the field and ability tounderstand technical and operational challengesare key to converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
* you will contribute tostrengthening the commercial structure, building a robust customer pipeline, and helping position the mexican office as the central hub for operations across the americas.
profile
* you have adegree in engineering(industrial, mechatronics, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields in sales) and at least +3years of experience in b2b technical salesin an industrial environment.
* you are confident working in consultative sales roles and have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
* you are comfortable sellinghigh-value solutionsand engaging intechnical discussionsrelated to automation, supply chain, or production flows. Experience in the robotics or automation industry is a strong plus.
* you areproactive,results-driven, andautonomous. You enjoy developing new client relationships and working on solutions tailored to industrial challenges.
* you speakenglish at a intermediate to advancedlevel(sufficient for technical communication). Familiarity with methodologies such askaizen, kanban, 5s, jit, jis, or supply chain logisticsis appreciated.
* you are based inpueblaand available to travel frequently across mexico (up to 80%). A validu.s. visais considered a plus.
