Sr. Radio Frequency manufacturing Engineer
Position Objective
Coordinates and/or executes projects that improve and maintain efficiency in processes, methods, and equipment to ensure the product meets both organizational and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
1. Knowledge and undesstanding the RF welding processes, machinery and meterials requirered.
2. Planning and scheduling of activities and resources
3. Analysis (Methods and Measurement, Machinery and Equipment, Materials, etc.).
4. Design (Products, Equipment, preparation of flowcharts, etc.).
5. Provide training on production processes.
6. Preparation of manufacturing travelers (shop travelers).
7. Delivery of documentation (forms, progress plans, scaled drawings).
8. Time studies across different operations.
9. Preparation of operation sheets.
10. Preparation of general company reports.
11. Blueprint reading.
12. Responsible for establishing and following up on machine maintenance plans.
13. Project management and control (Quality Control, Process Control, etc.).
14. Response to and follow-up on corrective actions.
15. Ensures compliance with requirements derived from the ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
16. Supports and ensures compliance with applicable safety requirements.
Requirements
17. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
18. 5 years of experience in similar positions
19. Advanced English
Knowledge and Skills
20. RF welding process
21. Proficiency in AutoCAD
22. Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards
Work Schedule
23. Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
