Overview
the talent acquisition manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple communities within their assigned region. This role manages a team of recruiters and supports the alignment of hiring efforts with community needs, business goals, and talent strategies. The ta manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality hires, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
key responsibilities
* manage the recruitment lifecycle for all open roles within the assigned region
* lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain high performance
* collaborate with regional operations, hr, and community leaders to understand workforce needs
* ensure job postings, interview scheduling, and offer processes are executed efficiently and accurately
* monitor and report recruitment kpis such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire
* oversee the use of the ats and ensure data integrity and proper documentation
* support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies in local markets
* ensure compliance with internal processes and local employment regulations
* escalate hiring challenges and collaborate with the divisional ta manager to resolve bottlenecks
requirements
* bachelor's degree in hr, business administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role
* experience managing high-volume hiring, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality
* proficiency with ats platforms and sourcing tools
* strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* fluent in english; spanish is a plus (if based in mexico or bilingual region)
