job summary:
a quality assurance specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with product standards and specifications in the production areas, according to established procedures.
* key responsibilities:
* conduct audits to ensure adherence to product standards and specifications throughout the production process.
* verify that documents within the quality management system align with iso 14001, iso 45001, and customer requirements.
* monitor and record faults discovered during shifts and reported by other areas through sip, ftq, and other necessary records.
* authorize materials in production lines by comparing required specifications against inspected results to maintain operational continuity.
* identify, register, segregate, and dispose of non-compliant products, issuing an ncmr, and transfer them to a quarantine area.
