* masters degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience
* experience in the operation of public cloud based solutions (aws, azure, google)
* successfully completed cloud based development projects using java, python or javascript
* expert language proficiency in german, english or both
beneficial qualifications
* broad understanding of message based communication, microservice architectures and distributed systems
* design and operation of containerized applications in cluster based environments (aws ecs / kubernetes)
* development and operation of ml pipelines in the context of llms
* a track record of aws based projects or relevant certificates
* experience in iac using terraform
* your toolbox includes automated testing, ci/cd and tools like git / jira
responsibilities
* architecture, design and implementation of infrastructure services related to volytica algorithm pipelines and data storages
* specification and implementation of apis
* scaling of aws based infrastructure and storage services
* iac implementation of our platform infrastructure
* development of java / kotlin / python based applications
* development and evolution of ci/cd pipelines
* being part of volyticas algorithm operations team

you are going to be part of the algorithm operations which is responsible for transferring battery diagnostics related algorithm from their definition into scalable services. The team develops the algorithm services and operates them. The team is cross functional and consists of battery experts as well as software engineers which provides ample opportunity to learn new things and to grow.
