*required qualifications*
bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / ged with at least 2 years of experience in services).

responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities
- responsible for material planning and inventory metrics across a service segment
- monitor the results of changes to the inventory plan/forecast and recommend modifications
- plan for prevention of excess inventory and "stock outs"
- work with all levels of personnel (supervisory, and general foreperson) in resolving issues, tracking material availability, and advising on material usage
- work with customers externally and internally to identify new opportunities to improve our current processes, also generate and provide material reports for direct customers (customer property material)
- responsible for maintaining optimal levels of indirect and direct inventory, manage purchase order request process for warehouse needs.
- keep control and good tracking of expenses related to material consumption and logistics needs per project.
- works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
- handles simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
- handles targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
- receive, classify, and stock incoming goods. This includes erp updating, managing stocking conditions, and knowing "what is where".
- responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
- handles simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
- keep control and record for fixed assets inventory at the services site of sp&s
