? Key responsibilities
- billing management — oversee and validate the issuance of invoices for transportation, parcel, warehousing, and special logistics services.
- revenue control — ensure all delivered services are properly recorded and billed.
- team leadership — manage the billing team, assign workloads, and ensure kpi achievement.
- client relationship management — handle billing discrepancies, clarifications, and special customer requests.
- regulatory compliance — ensure billing processes comply with tax regulations (cfdi, vat, local tax laws).
- process optimization — implement improvements and automation to reduce cycle times and errors.
- cross‐functional coordination — collaborate with operations, sales, and credit & collections to ensure accurate information flow.

? Requirements
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

- experience with erp systems (sap, oracle, netsuite, manhattan).
- intermediate–advanced english (preferred).
