responsibilities and latitude of action
* level 1:
o carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
o clean and maintain machines and workstation.
o complete production monitoring documents.
o supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
o check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
o isolate defective products and alert them by opening a qrap.
o monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.
o check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment.
o ensure level 1 maintenance.
o be guarantor of the 5s of the position.
o inform the team leader, or his supervisor, of the problems he detects and open a qrap if necessary.
o pass the instructions regarding your position to the next team.
o participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.
o respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.
o comply with current policies and procedures.
o participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of pas (proposals for improvement).
o respect the rules for respecting the product.
* level 2:
o participate/perform series changes.
o carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.
o ensure the proper functioning of your production tool.
o participate in improvement projects.
o carry out adjustment/parameterization operations on production equipment.
o be versatile within its scope (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site).
o support and train (according to the criteria defined on the site).
* level 3:
o may be required to partially replace a higher qualification job.
o be multi-competent in several areas (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site).
