* prepare daily to meet guests as a professional representative through proper dress and grooming.
* work within standard operating hours 7am – 4pm.
* greet each guest warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
* use approved materials effectively for presentations and support.
* meet individual performance guidelines within established timeframes.
* maintain high product knowledge by attending required training sessions.
* discuss terms, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers.
* gain commitment from guests to purchase effectively.
required skills and qualifications
bilingual fluency (english-spanish) is required. Availability for flexible schedules and vacation ownership sales experience are also necessary.
exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent communication skills, multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to detail, adaptability, and openness to differences are essential qualities.
