Buyer over global strategic sourcing within the direct procurement organization. The role is located in monterrey, mexico. The sr. Buyer will complement whirlpool’s nar gss strategy by delivering on cost, quality, and delivery goals for the company. The role will optimize +$100m annual spend for the nar region, while playing a critical role in delivering engineering projects, dual sourcing strategies and on time sourcing for the kitchenaid and cooking category.## *this role in summary*the sr. Buyer is responsible and accountable to lead category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and contracting aligned to whirlpool’s policies and kpi’s. The role is highly cross functional and requires the ability to lead the right outcomes for business functions, global strategic sourcing, and whirlpool corporation.
