As we expand our footprint in latin america, we are looking for a dedicated bilingual customer service specialist to join our mexico city team.role summary: as the first point of contact for our clients in mexico, you will handle inbound inquiries via our service hotline. You will be responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate support regarding our payment platform, ensuring that every sme can navigate global trade with ease.key responsibilities inbound hotline support: answering high-volume phone calls from business clients, providing solutions for account inquiries, fund status, and platform navigation.problem resolution: troubleshooting transaction issues and guiding clients through the documentation required for cross-border payments.professional consultation: explaining xtransfer's products, fee structures, and fx services in clear, professional english and spanish.case management: logging all interactions in our crm system and following up on unresolved tickets to ensure a closed-loop service.internal collaboration: coordinating with the compliance and operations teams to escalate complex cases and improve the overall customer journey.who we are looking for: education: bachelor's degree in business, finance, international trade, or related fields (preferred).experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client relations. Experience in fintech, banking, or logistics is a major plus.language skills: spanish speaker.advanced english (c1/b2) – must be comfortable handling business calls and internal communication in english.mandarine is a plus.
