under the supervision and guidance of senior it m&a lead, the it m&a standalone business specialist manages on a day to day basis the relationship with standalone businesses in the zone and relationship with nestlé it (including escalation to standalone business and nestlé it management when relevant). This includes but is not limited to application management (end-of-support issues, business process maturity, change management capability, vendor dependency, documented data models, and missing basic internal control issues), adherence to it minimum requirements (including cyber-security) hr (light) integration, it infrastructure basic, ms intra - active directory federation and collaboration with nestlé c-soc. Be the ambassador of the standalone business (in his/her zone) to nestlé it. Be the ambassador of nestlé and nestlé to the standalone business, manage the different initiatives/projects of nestlé it with standalone business, assess adherence to it minimum requirements, define and monitor action plan. Lead projects for standalone business and ensure that the benefits are realized.
key responsibilities:
1. define, in collaboration with senior it m&a, and standalone business it and business a roadmap (short term, mid term and long term) for the standalone business is/it strategy (including application management, data model, hr (light) integration, it platform, procurement efficiency, it minimum requirements, cyber-security requirements).
2. perform standalone business it risk-assessment and adherence with it minimum requirements.
3. define, monitor and manage action plan and adherence to it minimum requirements.
4. manage security and compliance index objective, target and result in collaboration with the standalone business.
5. identify the relevant nestlé it solutions to be used by each standalone business.
6. promote, when relevant, usage of nestlé it solutions (active directory federation, it platform, c-soc integration, service now, dmarc, hr light, mse platform, public cloud security monitoring solution, ms dynamics seed, nestlé sap).
7. identify procurement efficiency options, assess them with the standalone business, ensure that procurement flow is executed correctly and monitor that savings are realized (microsoft, hp, lenovo, palo alto, docusign, aruba, aws, etc).
8. define the business case for the above project.
9. lead projects (when the complexity is limited and based on proven technology) and ensure that the benefits are realized.
10. manage it standalone business landscape as part of integration project.
required profile:
1. bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in it and business/industry.
3. knowledge of cyber-security framework (especially in nestlé) and risk management approach.
4. project management experience would be an asset.
5. experience in operating in a matrix organization and development of influencing skills.
6. experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in english. Another language would be an asset (spanish, chinese, arab, german and french).
7. experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
