End-User Computing (EUC) IT Infrastructure Analyst - Windows & Virtualization

REQUERIMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure analysis and support.
* Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, M365, virtualization, and storage systems.
* Expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V) and managing SSL/TLS certificates.
* Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
* Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT infrastructure issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
* Analytical thinker with experience applying ITIL framework and best practices.
Position Details:
* Location: Cuajimalpa (hybrid work model).
* Language: Conversational English required.
