the role
we are seeking fluent spanish speakers from spain, argentina, chile, mexico, and colombia to participate in a high-impact ai training initiative for our client, hume. This role focuses on capturing natural emotions, intonations, and cultural sentiments to help train an empathic ai model.
responsibilities
* live pairings: participate in one-on-one conversational video calls with another participant.
* emotional authenticity: engage in natural dialogue to help the ai model understand human feelings, intonations, and sentiment.
* audio-visual contribution: ensure high-quality data capture by using a macbook or headphones in a quiet environment.
* collaborative learning: help the ai understand regional nuances, slang, and cultural contexts of your specific spanish dialect through real-world interaction.
qualifications
* fluency in spanish: must be a fluent spanish speaker from one of the specified regions.
* technical readiness: access to a macbook or headphones is mandatory for audio clarity.
* availability: ability to commit to at least 5 hours of conversation per week.
* reliability: punctuality and a stable internet connection are mandatory.
* soft skills: comfort chatting on camera and the ability to maintain a natural, flowing conversation.
