Responsibilities
* conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
* develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze business performance and identify trends.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial data and ensure accurate projections.
* prepare financial reports, including variance analysis, kpis, and key metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.
* assist in developing financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
* perform financial analyses to support decision-making, such as investment evaluations and cost optimization.
* improve financial planning systems, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
* stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting financial planning.
* provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as needed.
requirements
education: bachelor's degree in finance, accounting. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., cpa) is a plus.
experience: + 4 years in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* familiarity with erp systems.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
languages: advanced english.
