Java support - proficient
requirements:
must have:
* +3 years of experience in operations (l2 support) experience in largescale, distributed systems running 24/7/365
* scripting: shell, bash
* utilization of itil methodologies
* databases: sql language * java knowledge
* ability to work a flexible schedule, varying hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends and extended hours as part of the operations duties
nice to have:
* basic aws knowledge
* deployment of content (opentext) is desired
responsabilities:
* application support
* health monitoring of the applications supported.
* basic sql queries
* critical incidents resolution
* problem management
* incident management, request fulfillment, configuration management, problem management, knowledge management (itil)
