drive sales revenue through effective product demonstrations, leveraging industry knowledge and excellent customer service skills. This role requires frequent travel to new accounts and existing relationships to generate new sales leads and maintain strong business partnerships.
key responsibilities:

* generate revenue through inside sales and marketing efforts utilizing phone calls and web-enabled technologies.
* manage customer orders and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of delivery performance.
* actively work towards continuous improvement with other employees to achieve shared goals.
* sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency in sales activities.
* develop assigned target accounts into long-term customers by building trust and understanding their needs.
* cross-sell all brady products/services to existing accounts to increase revenue growth.
* train and motivate distribution partners on brady products and prospecting techniques.
* participate in sales councils to share views and ideas, and advise regional sales managers on market conditions and sales potential.
* meet sales goals and objectives, build consultative relationships with customers, and provide facility solutions.
required skills & qualifications

* bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of college education and sales experience accepted.
* background in safety and/or industrial markets with knowledge of all brady americas products.
* excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork attitude, initiative, and hard work ethic.
* bilingual spanish/english preferred.
* strong analytical and communication skills.
